Sales and Coupon Codes

Coupon codes must be used during checkout at the time of purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied after the order has been placed, no exceptions.

Coupon codes and sale prices cannot be used on prior purchases, no exceptions.

When will my shipment arrive?

Standard Ground (Non-Custom Merchandise): 3-5 Days for delivery

Standard Ground (Custom & Personalized Merchandise): Up to 14 Business Days for delivery (after proof approval) for Tablecloths, Banners, Tents, Backdrops, Displays, etc.
Custom Jewerly will deliver 3-6 weeks from purchase date.
NOTE: Business Days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

EXPRESS Delivery:
Offered certain times throughout the year. If you need Express Delivery and the option is not on our website, please call us at 470-231-8815.
Orders placed by 3PM EST, require 1 business day for processing, then 2-3 days for delivery.

*Please note:

PhirstPham™ reserves the right to require an Adult Signature on any package shipped to a customer, especially Express Delivery packages.

We deliver within the contiguous United States only (we do not deliver to Hawaii or Alaska).

We do not deliver outside of the US.

Return Policy -For Customized & Personalized Merchandise

Custom and personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom and personalized merchandise includes, but is not limited to: Custom Apparel, Custom Jewelry, Tablecloths, Banners, Tents, Backdrops, Diplays, Custom Notebooks and Stationary, Custom Greeting Cards

Return Policy - For Non-Custom & Non-Personalized Merchandise purchased on our website:

Any merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will NOT be accepted for return or exchange, including (but not limited to) make-up stains.

Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted.

A receipt is required, no exceptions.

Customer pays for shipping the returned item back to us.

A 12% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each returned item.

To begin:

Click on the authorization link below to begin processing your return PhirstPham Return Authorization Link. The form on this link must be completed within 3-days of the Delivery Date indicated on the package tracking status.
After you complete the return authorization form, we will contact you to request a copy of your receipt and photo(s) of the item to verify its condition and to make sure that it is unworn, unused, free of makeup or stains, and not damaged.
We will provide our return shipping address and issue your return authorization code after #1 and #2 have been successfully completed.
After we receive the unworn, unused, undamaged item we will issue a refund back to the original payment method. ***A 12% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each returned item.

All sales are final at an in-person event or conference, no refunds.

Cancelled Orders - Cancellation Policy

At PhirstPham™, we understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your order, the following policy applies:

Cancellation Fees: Orders canceled after confirmation will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee to cover processing and administrative costs. This means that a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the Order Total. The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
Timing: Cancellations must be requested before the item ships.
How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us at service@phirstphamgreek.com
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days and returned via the original payment method.

By placing an order with PhirstPham™, you agree to this cancellation policy.

Gift Notes

You must purchase merchandise in order to purchase a Gift Note. You cannot just purchase a Gift Note by itself.
Free Gift Note Promos are 1-per customer.

NOTICE TO BUYER

ALPHA NOTICE

“Buyer acknowledges and agrees that he/she is purchasing paraphernalia and other goods (collectively “Goods”) that bears Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. (“Fraternity”) logos, copyrights and trademarks for a member of the Fraternity. Buyer understands and agrees that a non- member is not supposed to purchase, own or possess such items except I may purchase such items for the benefit of an active member, and as a condition to being allowed to purchase such Goods, he/she agrees that Fraternity retains all rights and ownership in the underlying Goods that bear Fraternity logos, designs, copyrights and trademarks. Thus, such Goods may not be resold by Buyer directly or indirectly; on-line via a third- party (including but not limited to ebay.com, amazon.com, etsy.com, pinterest etc…) or by any other means. Any attempt to do so will result in the forfeiture of the Buyer’s right to possess the Goods; the immediate vesting of the Fraternity right to possess the Goods; and acknowledgement to third party(ies) that the Fraternity has the immediate right to remove such items bearing the Fraternity Marks and the subsequent surrender of the Goods to the Fraternity.”

AKA NOTICE

Buyer acknowledges, understands, and agrees (hereinafter collectively “agrees”) that he/she is an “Authorized” Buyer only if he/she is buying goods bearing Sorority marks and designs for an AKA member’s personal use and not for resale. Buyer agrees that a non-member is not allowed to purchase, own, wear, or possess such items.

Buyer also agrees that purchasing Sorority goods for any other reason is prohibited and doing so under false pretense authorizes Sorority to immediately: (1) remove or cause to be removed the goods from the internet and all social media platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook (or Meta), Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, eBay, Twitter (or X), Craigslist, Amazon, Etsy (hereinafter, “Third-party”); and (2) repossess such good(s) from Buyer and any Third-party trying to sell them. Buyer agrees to waive its First Sale Doctrine right to subsequently sell any item(s), bearing a Sorority Mark.
